I really like this cage. A guy is making them by hand in Canada. Pity it's too far away. It also has a little finger draw thing in it, which you can't see.

It's very beautiful. What are the dimensions?

46" or around 117cm wide. You can see the finger draw feeders in this one.

It is beautiful but wouldn't the budgies nibble the wood?

Yes, the hens would certainly. Abbie, for sure. My little bud only chews on really really soft wood, like balsa. He's fine with everything else.

Funny though if I put something out for her to chew she ignores it and goes for the stuff she is not supposed to chew!

im really considering this cage shame about the price . ~ link www.northernparrots.com/montana-denver-corner-parrot-cage-ii-(choice-of-2-colours)-prod97561a/it would solve ALL my problems, my current (home made) cage is difficult to clean (it has no slide out drawer so i need to use "elbow grease" and a hover to get the debris out) ,and i have a problem with diego ,knocking food or water flying onto the ground, waiting a day or two then going too the bottom and eating it, not the brightest idea she's had. They also scatter the seed far and wide, this cage has a seed catcher, better dishes on it. And (surprisingly) less space (length-ways at-least) but it is incredibly tall and has a great width. So far it's just a pipe dream of mine though . love that cage stace , great design 117 wide is quite good. On the nibbling wood note, so far iv'e had no problem with my lot, they have tried occasionally but with no success at doing damage (i was a little shocked by that, usually diego destroys anything she can lol)

A fiver one week, a tenner the next - it might take less than a year.

We have a similar cage (not corner) in the local market, at 83 UK pound. Maybe the prices are that high in UK.

I like the look of the cage but don't think it would be very practical. Plus it is too low - you would need a trolley. Cleaning would be a pain.

Not to mention shops on the lookout for a profit.
