Hezz , i know, i have now covered scantily clad lady's with easy chick chippings, i can't possibly have my boys being corrupted by the gutter press I don't know if you remember years ago i put newspaper into the old aviary and didn't realise that the top pages were pictures of equally scantily clad gentlemen in their Budgie smugglers . Anyway, iv'e got things very wrong this year, apparently I moved a 9 draw unit to the front windows and put the Montana cage next to the Hamberly for a change, WRONG. The budgies hate this arrangement and are refusing point blank to use the Montana suite which usually has a garden view, however little Flora loves it and has moved in, she is spending her second night in there, alone. A certain someone has staged a protest today about the unacceptable changes in the establishment, he was the most regular customer to the Montana suite with his garden view. He took up residence in the Maids quarters which now frequent this position to prove his point I know what i'll be doing in the morning How dare you cause an upset.......Especially when you weren't given permission

skysmum, you should know by now that if you move things around, you are just asking for trouble. I seem to remember that previously you had the audacity to move the clothes airer, that was an absolute scandal!

It's good to see that everything is in its rightful place, including Sir with his mirrors! The world can sleep easy tonight.

I'd certainly approve of that set up, if I was a budgie, it looks super.

Thank you skysmum for posting the pictures. Your birds all have lovely coloring. I always enjoy seeing how others have their cages set up so I can get ideas for Tweetie Pie's cage. I've had him now for 5 weeks and he hasn't started playing with his toys. I have moved his cage in front of a large window. When I open the shutters, he comes alive chirping and singing. Yesterday a crow flew by that window and came back for a second look. Both times Tweetie Pie went flying in his cage - poor little guy.

It's good to share idea's for sure, i love looking at other peoples cage set up's too Tweetie Pie looks very happy in his mansion, chatting to his neighbours . Mine were all out a couple of years ago when a sparrow hawk decided to fly up and down the windows, he thought he was in for a free Budgie lunch, sent mine into a complete panic and i had to rescue them from out of plant pots and all sorts
