As I don't want to take up ninz1 gallery I thought I had better start one of my own! My Nephew and his partner are expecting their first child and as I cant crochet at the moment, I thought I would do a picture as a present for their new arrival: Sketched first It wasn't as dark as this originally as it was done in fine pencil and you wouldn't have been able to see it on computer! But here is the finished coloured version: As an afterthought, I also decided to add Eeyore's tail and a quote from the AA Milne's Hundred Acre Wood

Oh! that is brilliant. I thought it was a donkey that had its tail pinned on.

I can see many different animals in the drawing. I had my injection on Monday so it has not had time to work its magic yet. Hee Haw.

Very sweet, little Miss Clever Clogs. Piglet made an appearance in a conversation I was having yesterday, coincidentally. Did you ever see any of the movies? Whenever Piglet got worried (like almost all the time ) he would give this little "Oh, d' d' d' dear". It has become part of our family's repertoire, but it snuck out at work. I did get some odd looks. Now you will also have to put your other masterpieces in your thread for us to feel envious about.

Thank you Hezz Well I did want to crochet them one of my pieces I have become known for (there is even one that lives in Japan)! It is Gigi the Giraffe: But as I have tendinitis in both shoulders and am attending physio it is too painful to crochet at the moment! But (thankfully) I can do other things like drawing and cross stitch I will post a sample of my cross stitch later as it is quite a big piece and taking me a while. I did start it but was asked to do many projects for others but am back on it again. Some of you may remember we talked about it here with Hezz's beautiful Zebra Finches piece
