Is anybody else seeing useless adverts coming up with images on image.org?

I use an adblocker, so no.

I also use an adblocker but these are video links. They appear at the right hand side of the image. They are fed from a website called steepto.com.

That is odd. Can you see them on the forum or when you click the picture to enlarge it?

It's when I click on the image to see it on the website.

How weird, you're not using an incognito window are you?

No, but I get exactly the same thing if I do use incognito. What I have noticed is whatever the image it is layed out to leave a strip at the right hand side. It uses <div></div> for the layout. If it is useful to you I will take a snapshot of the layout.

I don't know if you're using adblocker plus, but I can right click in an image and select "Block image" can you do that?

I use ghostery and if it were an imge I would be able to do that, but they served up in a complete page along with the members posted image.

I see. Doesn't sound like something I can help with, as it's the post image website that hosts the images and not this forum.
I just uploaded a plugin to enable the process.

OK. Thank you Marianne. I will just have to put up with it. At least you know it's happening if someone else has the problem. Is it just me or is any-one else getting them?

Sorry I couldn't be of much help. The only thing I can do is remove the plugin, but that would mean that people, especially newbies would have trouble uploading photos.

No point in making things difficult. Is it something you uploaded today or yesterday?
