Does anyone know of anyone with an AVIARY that would rehome 6 budgies and 2 parrotlets and give them a good home?
We have had them 3 years and the aim was to tame them and let them out every day for a fly, however, our house is old and has lead paint and unfortunately we lost one of our birds early on due to lead poisoning, so since then they have not been out for a fly for their own safety, and have just staying in their small indoor aviary, which was never our intention and I feel bad about it.
I thought they would be happier going to a community aviary where they can fly about and have more fun, however I am wary as some people take birds to sell on or do otherwise with them, but if anyone knows of someone that is a bird keeper that is decent, please let me know!
There are 4 females and 2 male budgies of various colours and a male and female parrotlet, all untame.
