Thank you so much everyone for your kind words, as you say Hezz im never sure which is the easiest to swallow, the sudden losses or the agony of watching a little mite go on for weeks. I think for their sake's the sudden way is the best but it's always us left to wonder why . Tink wasn't very old Shirls , your right, i'm not 100% sure exactly how old she was when i took her on as a re home but was told around six months i believe so she was only around three. I always had an underlying niggle with her though, she was always very small and quiet, she struggled to fly for any distance too. After a time i put her quietness and small build down to it just being the way she was, she was well in all other respects, there was nothing abnormal with her poop or her feeding, she loved her veg bless her, but wonder if she had an underlying problem from the start, she didn't come from a great home im sad to say . Such fragile little souls that we can only do our best for, so strange how you can have the ones that go on well into their teens and others that pass so young but that's the way with all living creatures and humans i guess, life's a lottery for sure.

at least she had a great home and pals for the last leg of her life. She knew she was loved.

at least she had a great home and pals for the last leg of her life. She knew she was loved. Exactly. Her beginning life might not have been too good, but she certainly enjoyed her second home, feeling loved and cherished.
