Hi,
I need to know when should i move my budgie chicks to another cage or when will they start to eat on their own?

Mine took 7-8 weeks to be independent enough to feed themselves.
Put seed and veg outside of the nestbox, around week 5 they will venture out and start trying to eat by themselves. They will still need mum and dad for a while.
How old are your chicks?

They should start leaving the nest on their own from about four weeks. Scatter some seed and millet sprays around on the floor of the cage and let them learn to forage for themselves. Dad should help with this. Once they are fully weaned and you know they are feeding themselves successfully, then they can be moved into their own cage. Making sure they are weaned fully is the important thing.
