I tied together many plastic straws in different positions and I would like to ask if it's safe to give it to my budgie to play. Thank you.

Some places make toys for birds that incorporate plastic straws, I know, but I wouldn't be able to give them to my birds. Even budgies will chew up something as soft as a straw and I would never forgive myself if they happened to ingest some while playing. I try to stick with the harder plastics which they done seem to bother trying to chew. For the bigger bird acrylic seems to be safe, otherwise I keep a heap of natural things for him to chew - pine cones, gum nuts seed pods , natural branches, sea grass matting etc.

I was going to say the same. I have received toys with straws on before and discarded them because I worry about them ingesting the plastic.
Balsa is a good thing to make toys from. But they will destroy it fast!!
