I've recently brought these two bags as the reviews for them have been good, I was just wondering if anyone else here uses these? If so, did you see the benefits of it? Mine are currently on beaphar xtravital budgie food but I wasnt sure if they're good as I'm not seeing many people feeding their budgies that? Like all of us here, we all want what's best for our wing friends and I was just wondering if I've made the right choice by switching over to them two?

Where in the world are you? These brands mean nothing to me, but might to some other members. If we know where you live, we may be able to make some recommendations. Otherwise, look into reviews for these brands on-line. Photos of the packaging with the contents readable can be helpful as well.

I've seen the Living world seed but never tried it. Lots of us on the forum use www.haiths.com for seed etc.

The Rio seems okay, with a fat content of 6% it is a little high although would be better if they had supplied a seed ratio rather than what they have. Protein is probably a bit high as well ...
The second contents table appears to have a lot of oil seeds - canola, flax, hemp, niger, and sunflower plus peanuts and oats. Oil seeds should only make up 5% at most of the seed mix. Peanuts (ground in this case) and oats are also both full of fat and the oats in particular are very popular with most budgies - they'll go for the oats before anything else.
Obesity is the main health concern in caged birds, so less fat is good. I'd get something like a finch mix and mix it through to reduce the amount of fat and protein served up each day.
