Just noticed one of my females has been doing poos like this for the last day or so, is this anything to worry about or not? Thanks

Maybe, possibly. A reference for size would be helpful. How old is your hen, and what is their diet?

It's probably smaller than a frozen pea size so not very big, she is about 1 year old and lately she has been eating a mixture of seeds, millet, egg, honey sticks and celery.

I have recently started adding more fruit and veg to the diet, they didn't have much before tbh

Celery may have that effect on her poo. Don't give her veg every day, that will make the poo discolour and sometimes more runny. I would ditch the honey stick too if you don't mind me saying.

Egg and the honey stick are not recommended every day. I wouldn't actually ditch the honey stick, but I wouldn't replace it once it has gone. It is possible that your hen is thinking 'such a high protein diet, I might just start to lay'. While I wouldn't limit the veg unless all their poops become soft and runny (which can happen in the beginning as their digestive systems have to get used to the higher roughage diet, just like ours), but I wouldn't be too pushy with the fruit because of the sugar content.
If you are still concerned about the hen, separate her into her own cage, and stop giving her fresh food for a couple of days, more if the poops don't resolve, and if they do return to normal then you can start to reintroduce them back into her diet.
