The only place he likes to nip is round the fingernails, and then itβs not intended. He seems to have a fascination with ears and like to sit as close to mine as possible and do that gentle muttering. But yes, I know what you mean! A nip of the ear would be very painful π€¬

The quiet muttering in your ears is really very sweet (even if it did make my hairs stand up on end!!) My first would go in and do a "clean out" all the while doing sweet little chortles, as though he knew ears were not a good place to be making loud noises!

My first wee boy Charlie used to do the ear tickling thing. Used to give me goosebumps. Miss the wee guy, he would have been 8 tomorrow.

He loves to sit on my finger or chest with his beak touching my lips while I talk to him.....that makes me want to give him a hug ( if only we could)......whoever thought a tiny bird could give so much pleasure...ππ

That's exactly what my Charlie did too. They are identical in their behaviour π My Charlies first words were "Where's my baby boy" ππβ€
