My budgie starts sneezing when she gets sleepy during the evening. It only happens right before she goes to bed (she's out of the cage all day, goes into her cage when ready to go to sleep for the night). She has the occasional sneeze during the day if she catches her nose when scratching or something but before bed it's like she has little sneezing fits.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? I just find it so unusual that these sneezing fits only happen before bed time!

Is this happening when she has gone into her cage for the night? I would be looking at where she is when she starts - is there something that is maybe more dusty that causes these episodes? Has she just been eating? Some seed mixes can be dusty. Has she been chewing on cardboard, perhaps? Some can also create a dust when turned into mulch.
You will need to watch her for a while before her normal "sneezing time" and see if you can pick up on what it might be. Also try offering her a bath earlier in the day (not at night as she needs time to get completely dry before bedtime) - she might be the cause of her own sneezing. Most buds will sit and preen themselves before sleeping, has she been moulting??

It happens right before she goes and puts herself in her cage for the night, and it continues for a little while when shes in there until she gets comfy. It seems to come on without any cause that I can notice. Normally she will be sitting on my shoulder and then just seemingly randomly start sneezing. The only pattern is that it happens right before putting herself to bed. Shes on my shoulder 80% of the time while I'm home so I don't think its anything to do with me or my clothes, otherwise she'd be sneezing all the time?

Not necessarily, but probably. If you have looked into all the things mentioned above, consider washing detergents, perfumes, deodorants etc. I don't have any other suggestions, I'm afraid.

I am facing the exact same problem. She sneezes right before bed time for about 5-10 mins.
If you found any solution to this then kindly share with me too.

If the discharge is clear and only a little then I don’t see there is anything to be concerned about. Keep the dust and seed husks cleaned up - vacuum every day if necessary - and offer her some wet foliage to bath in if she doesn’t bath herself. Not all budgies enjoy bathing and that is not usually something to be worried about.
