Hello everyone, my Budgie Harry is unwell and I took him to the vet last Monday who gave him enrofloxacin. Instructions are to put it in the drinking water daily. It's Tuesday but Harry is making a weird sound.
I called the vet and he said to continue the medication until next week.
Has anyone heard this before? Should I get a second opinion from another vet?

If I heard what I thought I did then it could be a wheeze. Was this an avian vet?

I thought I heard a sort of rasp sound at the end. Literally the last couple of seconds.
But if you have no confidence in your vet then by all means get a second opinion.
