Froggy Blue getting a little lovin'. Making a special Loki nesting space. The round "thing' to the side of him is a pottery urn, turned upside-down after finding Mr Loki inside it and not sure that he would have been able to get out again. There had been a cork in the top, but guess who had thrown that out.

You'd need eyes in the back of your head for that boy 🤣 What age is he now Hezz, I think he still has that baby look about him.

I think the white around his eyes give him a mischief-maker look. If he is in a hidey-hole often the only part of him you can see is one big bright eye looking at you!

Love Loki's little nesting space, just look at his little face, so innocent!! I don't think "innocent" is the word that Hezz would use somehow!!!

He is sooo cute!! When I ask him what he is doing in his box, he puffs up the feathers around his head and tells me "hello"!! I went to move the box to pick up all his scratched out pieces only to find that he has gone through the bottom of the box, this time, little monkey, but has been ignoring the cardboard tube. I use his scraps as mulch on the gardens, that's how fine he bites or scratches them into. Most of the work is done by his beak, then he enjoys kicking it all out of the box. Only down-side besides the mess, the cardboard makes his beak quite dry. I love him to bits; he really is my best friend.

Despite being naughty, which is lovable in it's own way, Loki sounds a very lovable birdie. He obviously is very fond of you too Hezz. You seem to have a really bonded relationship.

You have a wonderful bond with this boy Hezz, you put in the time and patience, and are now reaping the rewards.

We do have a great bond which I love, but it does have its downside. All other humans are regarded with suspicion and may be warned off. He has to be put into his cage when there are visitors around as he may just decide that someone needs to be shooed away.

I did wonder whether you would get that as apparently conures are RENOUND for attaching themselves to one person in the family (but selfishly, I bet you love that as I would)! It would be nice to have that experience of a conure telling my OH to"bugger off" at times!!!
