Get a syringe and feed the electrolyte solution to him drop by drop, or, if he is willing to drink on his own, put the solution into something shallow such as a wide lid - something he can drink out of without having to reach for it. Prop him up with something like teatowels so that he is in his normal upright position, even if his legs are not working. This will help with his feeding, drinking and allow his body to try to work properly. You will need to check that his vent doesn't get blocked if he isn't able to move away to poop.
This poor little bird, my heart goes out to him. I really hope that the vet is able to turn things around for him. Keep fighting little Sky. xx
