Kites poops have been changing over the course of this week, this photo is from today. I'm not sure what I could do to help her out, the poops are extremly wet and sticky everything sticks very easily to her feathers. We trimmed some of her feathers around her vent to help but I find the poo still sticks to her vent, it stays there almost string like. I feel so bad for her, iv been doing my best to keep her clean. The poops are also very stinky. Kite has cancer so I have thought that maybe her liver is beginning to fail her? But I'm not sure as this is my first ever sick/dying budgie. I debated bringing her to the vet again but they have already told us there is nothing they can do for her and just to make her comfortable. I feel like I'm in a rock and a hard place.

What, if anything, are you doing for her liver? I'm sorry to say that these are all not good signs for poor little Kite. Do you have any milk thistle drops? These may just help her liver function more normally but again it may be too late to notice any change. As the tumour grows it presses on the other organs, compromising them from functioning normally. There is no spare room in a budgie body so any space taken up by a foreign growth leaves less space for the organs to work properly. All you can do is keep her as clean as possible until it is time to say goodbye.

I can look into milk thistle, I would rather try then do nothing 😔

I'm so sorry you are going through such a difficult time, poor you and Kite.
If you do decide on getting Milk Thistle it has to be one with NO ALCOHOL.
I bought mine from ebay, NATURES ANSWER is the one without alcohol.

Agree with everything above. If she'll eat it, then feed her some dill as it's meant to be very good for the liver.
But definitely the natures answer alcohol free milk thistle.

Agree - Nature's Answer Alcohol free 2000mg conc is the best in my opinion. Anything from one drop upwards into 100mls of water. My fatty liver birds have two to three drops per 100mls.
