I hate this time of year, dark mornings, and dark very early at night.

Here on Vancouver Island it is Nov 3 as well but this will be our last time. BC has decided to drop the time changes after April.

I wish we didn't have to change the clocks, it really messes with the animals as well as me!!

I remember that it was tried once. They left us on summer time for a year or so.. It caused an uproar from the farmers. The poor livestock couldn't understand why the feed was late. It's on;y us townies that moan about it.

Can't say I've noticed either as far as the buds are concerned. Sometimes I have to get them up at stupid o'clock, so I suppose it makes no difference to them.

Whose buds have not accepted the time change? Oh mine haven't! Its become another habit as of late, when I am making our drinks to go with our lunch at 12 they hear the tinkling of the spoon and now start shouting?! Dont even have to make a cuppa now before they start shouting at 11!!!
