So basically my budgie MashaAllah turned 1 years old this month and he has been sick from yesterday so basically today I stayed with him in the room the whole day to take his care and alhumdulilah he is feeling better and so someone mentioned that mint leaves are medicine for the budgie! So I put mint in his cage and he and and my other budgie loves it they had like three mint leaves and the love the stem of it sooo much! So my sick burdgie got puffed off and moves and eats his food properly and I’m soo happy alhumdulilah! So basically can someone tell me if it’s safe for budgie to eat mint??

I found this about Mint, hope it helps :-
Most birds must get used to the very aromatic herbs at first. But in most cases after a while they love to nibble from these plants. But please do only serve small quantities of those herbs to your birds because these plants contain a lot of essential oils that could irritate the bird's mucosa in their crop or digestive tract.

What jellybean just posted is what I was going to say. Mint is one of the aromatic herbs, budgies can have them, but not too often and not in large quantities. So, a leaf now and again is fine but not a whole bunch a day or anything like that.
