You see, I have two beautiful budgies. One’s named Parker, and the other is MJ. Lately I’ve been noticing some strange things. They both seem to be slightly bobbing their tails, and their cere’s look a bit unusual. Parker is definitely more active than MJ, but neither of them are too awfully active. I’m planning on upgrading their cage soon and changing up their sees diets to a much more healthier one, but idk if it’ll help.
The worst part? Where I live, the nearest avian vet is 4 hours away. I can’t make that drive, and won’t be able to take them to the vet until Christmas break, because then I’ll be in Colorado, which actually has local avian vets I can take them to. Please help me because I am not sure what to do or if they aren’t even sick.

Please add some photos of your budgies, especially of their ceres if you think they look unusual.

If you are using a smartphone, use "Desktop" mode. Then on the top left hand side you will see "Add image to post" button, this will take you to your photo library.
Hope that helps you.

budgerigarsforum.proboards.com/thread/17937/uploading-photos-2I'm afraid a lot of symptoms for many different health issues in birds are virtually the same so the only way to be sure if your birds are sick, and if so, with what, is to see a reputable vet. I suggest you read through the pinned threads at the beginning of each section for tips on health and well-being. They might help you decide whether your birds are acting normal or not.
