Mutation and combination help please

Well i saw this budgie in the pet shop and it looks so stuning ! SO i wondered about what mutation it is, some say double factor spangel and smth like that, but it kinda remainds me towards rainbow budgies, so i wonder if i wanted to make rainbow thats kinda simularto to this since he has yellow face and stuff i googled, with witch type and colour should i pair him maybe to eventually in some future to get rainbows out of it? if possible a faster answer so someone doesnt buy him if he has some potential
