I think I have a male and female. The light one is always chasing the darker blue one, but she doesn’t seem interested. Will she nest in a coconut shell or should I put the nesting box in?

How old are they, how long have you had them, how long have they been together? All important questions that may determine if they will breed.
If the hen is not interested in mating, the cock might be able to woo her around, but certainly no amount of persuasion on your part is going to change her mind. You will know if she is wanting to nest (give her newspaper on the floor of the cage and she will shred it) looking for dark places etc. Then you can think about putting in the nest box. Make sure you do your homework on raising chicks and have the necessaries on hand if things go pear-shaped.

Are you sure one is a male? For them to be in breeding condition you would notice the cere go a redy brown. They do look pretty young. I have two females that are like this ones always chasing the other. I think the other bird thinks it's a he but maybe she just likes girls more. Can you get a better picture of the birds from the front
