It's funny how fast parrots can pick things up (and unfortunately not always what you want them to learn). Usually it becomes a bit of a game when I try to get my dog on a leash. She runs every which way as I'm calling "come here! Come here". Well I must have said it a few too many times (perhaps adding a "dum dum" here and there)... and out of the blue, Benji just calls out "Come... come here dum dum.... good boy".
He hasn't done it since though, having moved on to calling out peekaboo!, so I guess it's not impossible for them to unlearn these things.

Ellie I think it depends what you use often and how you say it. I once told Munchy off sternly and later that day he said "No!" very sharply on two occasions, but then never said it again.
