I think I have found her on Facebook and I have sent a message asking if she is okay. I may not get a response, but if I do I'll let you all know.

Wow, it's lovely that Munchy and Indie are preening eachother!
All those toys look fab, they must be having a ball.

I’m so glad the four of them are now cohabitating nicely! It can be weird with an odd number of just a few, or whenever they are new to one another - it seems like four is the perfect budgie-number to me, if you’re going to have more than just one or two 😁 Well, but then I suppose any more than four probably does well also, since they are flock birds. *hint hint nudge nudge* But joking. Just four is probably a handful at times!
Anyway, I’m so glad you’re back! (And that I’m back, I just became uninterested in being social online for a bit myself heh, but I was sad to see your old account deleted when I returned!)
Yay Ira! *happydance*

I’ve not been on for a few days as I’ve been so busy but it’s really great to see you back Ira. I’m glad you’re all okay. What wonderful toys from Karen - nice to have a splurge now and again.

I think because our bird room is just off the kitchen/living area (with a magnetic screen to close it off, so I can leave the door open when I’m not cooking and such) and I often work in there from my computer if I don’t have to be on the phone, they still feel like they’re a part of the household even though they aren’t out and about the whole place with us. I’m just extra paranoid about forgetting to keep a door or window closed, especially because we have two pups that are mainly my OH’s, and they go in and out with him many times a day. So it’s a compromise. He had dogs and I had a bird, that turned into ten! He was all for it of course. If they were in an aviary I suppose it might feel that they are less a part of the actual “household”, but I bet they would actually prefer it. I’m always going to make sure I have the option of bringing everyone back inside though, because we do have this fire season regularly and the air gets pretty bad at times. Indoors we have an industrial air purifier for the whole house, plus a smaller one just for their room. We actually have two industrials, but we often lend the second one out to someone or other. So the air inside is at least always smoke free, even during the worst fire seasons.

Ira I love that your boys are enjoying the toys from Karen. We got some fabulous swings from her last week. My little horrors are refusing point blank to entertain sitting on them. One even has a huge millet bribe attached to it but even that has not convinced them 🤣

I got a swing from Karen too. It’s almost identical to look at, but smaller than what he has. Also, not interested. He uses it to get from a to b, but the new one-total fear

Hi Ira - good to hear about your flock and their antics. I noticed your account must have been reset, so now you are a "Brand New Budgie". My two little guys are doing great. I'm usually sitting right beside them most of the day. I've thought having more would be fun but then realize having two is perfect for me. Buddy is very friendly and perches/plays on me and kisses my thumbnail. My timid skittish Tweetie Pie has just started to come on my hand for a few seconds. When Buddy is on my hand kissing my thumb, TP has taken to coming on, taking his foot and shoving Buddy in the chest off my finger. After TP did this three different times, Buddy now just flies back on and keeps kissing me and trying to kiss TP while he's on my hand. I'm not sure what to make of all this but I'm happy they are my pets.

Good to see you back, Ira. Social media really does have a lot to answer to, very easy to allow it to take you over. Glad the boys are all doing well.

Oh, and also these photos of Yuki make me giggle: It's so good to hear from you Ira and I'm glad you are all well. You are already making me smile again with your updates and pics. Yuki rocking the sun conure look and photobombing Pippin really made me laugh. So glad you are back
