I feel the same that I may miss a reply to someones question and he/she may feel that I ignored the question or the person. I guess it's more an issue for us, on time zones other than UK, as the posts mount up past 30 items while we're sleeping. I agree, as our log-in times are different, especially for you. But it's for UK members as well. Imagine a member missing a day or two due to work or some other reason. If I was not using my mobile, I would not have been able to reply to even half posts.

Very good info Stace Look at their answer, "I'm afraid not. That information is simply not available." Come on, how is it not available? It must be very simple. I will check it out.

Hi Marianne. Yoo hoo! What do the peeps also think about having the forum section included in the new topics lists. By that I mean: If the topic is "What is this?" it would also be subtitled under the poster name as "Budgie Breeding" or "Fields of Millet" So we know at a glance what it's likely to be about. See here for code: support.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=codedatabase&action=display&thread=390077

Even I can't figure out which language they are using. Anyhow most use ASP.NET from Microsoft, but whatever it is, it will be very easy for them to change the number of the pages from 1 to 10. Something like {&page=10} or {&entries=100} The server runs on linux In terms of those request posts, from the few others I've just read they all seem to be client side java script code changes. To get more posts would need a backend change, so I guess they are right when they say 'not possiblle' but mean 'by these means'

I had a cruise around a while back, before Marianne set this forum up. Xenforo looked like great contemporary forum software, designed for easy user experience. It's US$140 however.
