can't beat a good fry up,especially one where the grease drips off your chin ,fried bread with it but don't like the egg runny got to be hard,plus plenty of brown sauce,making me hungry thinking about it SLLLUUUUURRRRRRPPPPPPP

Not an actual fry up ian,but when we went trout fishing up derbyshire we caught some lovely big trout and they soon ended up on the barbecue while we continued fishing ;D the field we were on was the campsite and we had parked the caravan for the weekend and made the most of it by eating barbecued rainbow trout.it was soooo nice. the things we do!

i remember a good few years ago,i had an old ford anglia van,
put an old bus seat in the back,took my mum and dad fishing with me on the river vernwy,mum decided she wern't going without her sunday dinner so cooked the joint,put the gravy in a bottle,part cooked the veg to finish off on the stove by the side of the river,got there the place was packed as the farmer not only sold day tickets but had a scouts party camping there as well,managed to get a decent peg and had a good mornings fishing,come lunch time mum decided to finish cooking dinner,all went well until she put the sprouts in the pan,the SMELL,we virtually had the river to our selves ;D

Good old Mum, hey, Ian? If you need a good fishing spot, just bring along Mum and the sprouts. I am guessing you're meaning brussel sprouts?

;D thats so funny ian.i might try that next time.get some brussel sprouts and walk around the pool and see how many will pack up so i can get the best peg.

;D yeah i would cook them first then let them cool down and put them in a container then everytime i stand by a fisherman open my container and throw a few brussel sprouts by where he sits or throw them at his clothes ;D
