I agree with everyone else, "happy" huts are nasty things and in my opinion should be banned for birds, along with sandpaper sheets and perch covers. A good range of toys are good for budgies, plastic toys, bells (not those coppery coloured ones though, stainless steel is safe) shreddable toys made out of fun things that are safe such as vine, coconut, etc. I make bird toys and I always triple check that everything is safe before buying the parts. Rope is good for budgies feet and rope toys are fun but can also be a health hazard if they chew it and it frays and also with the stupidly long tassles on things. I always cut them super short and keep a very close eye on the rope toys.
