Ada has hurt her beak and it was bleeding, tipicaly cant find the stiptic pen so sat holding a tissue on it and it seems to have stopped, but im worried she may make it bleed again by rubbing it or using it on here toys.
Is there anything i should do for her to help or anything i can put on her beak to make sure it doesnt start bleeding again? Im in such a panic im shaking, she seems fine in her self but does keep moving her beak (i asume its now sore) Ill see if i can get her vet apportment changed for tomorrow instead of next monday.
I was carrying them both back to there cages upstairs, i walked into the hallway and befor i could turn the light on ada panicked as she doesnt like the dark and fell and landed on her face and has cracked her beak, its a small crack across her beak at the base of the dark part where it joins the clear bit and goes about half the way across from the right edge to the middle.

I had this situation once, and I did put some powder and tissue paper on the cere and she was fine after that.
I hope Ada gets better soon.

Going to check on her once more then ill leave her in peace. Put some vit drops in her water and got her to have some, once she had one beak full she refused as she could taste it so changed to for fresh, and she has eaten some dinner and checked her beak again and no bleeding thank god. ive taken out her fav toy so she cant pull and nibble at it. (she isnt impressed with that) and looks as if she is wondering why i keep comming back. lol

As she is being normal, I am sure she will be fine. Good call with the toy.

We don't want a next time but if it happens a blob of vaseline on the area bleeding and placed in a dark cage will do the trick.

Yep she is back you her normal self and had a bit of a nibble of millit but then left it so i juess she is still a bit sensitive, and im still in the dog house for leaving her on friday/sat, no hugs, no kisses and no belly rubs allowed. lol Also it seems she has not lurnt anything from this as i had to stop twice and tell her no for dancing about while i was bringing them downstairs.
