No idea, Nina, but for the money I feel you would find another that would better fit your budgies. The roof is wasted space, it seems very tall for it's footprint, but that could be an advantage if your space is limited. The photo is very small so it is hard to get any idea of where the doors etc are.

I have been informed that Savic and Ferplast are the best makes for bird cages but would be inclined to agree with the others, you might like to consider one with more width than height

They are very high, which is beautiful to watch for You, but not convenient for bird, because they fly mostly horisontally. That's why the cage should be rather long than tall.
I would suggest rather Ferplast Piano 7 cage (almost 1 metre in length) or Imac Leda/Tasha cage (the same internal length - 80 cm -than Savic Gite and costs much less than Savic Gite). For both of them You can buy appropriate stand also.
