Very nice, are the clips ok?, they def look good value for the money . Oops see above post for clip info. Extremely good value for money this cage was reduced from £89 to £54 plus 10% off as a new customer, I don't know if this is a permanent price or just on offer, as mentioned i purchased from Zooplus on Tuesday evening, it arrived today. x Thanks tinksmum, i see what you mean about the feeders but i can see that this must keep the mess down, im sure their little tummys will find it, when your not looking of course .

Talking of feeders, I can highly recommend these: In Situ: We spotted them in our local pet shop. Anyone who is not particularly a fan of the Ferplast 6 Cage feeders (as our buds don't like putting their heads in them) might be interested in getting these. They save a lot of wasted seed as gravity drops the fresh seed down, the husks end up on the floor and not in the pot and they don't get soiled by their droppings as well. There are two sizes, we went for the tall ones. They are made by Insight and called a bird silo feeder

Could you tell how big the bit is that goes through the cage, the seed spout bit and the bit you attach it with? My aviary has 1cm by 1cm wire and I haven't found anything I can fit on the outside for a quick fill up if I'm going out and want to add a bit of extra seed and haven't got time to go in and refill the pots. Sort of emergency food if I get a call about my dad (who's ill)

Actually, looking at the side view it doesn't look like it will fit. Oh well back to the drawing board.

Actually, looking at the side view it doesn't look like it will fit. Oh well back to the drawing board. Our cage bars are 1cm too so sold fit - the item comes apart in 3 bits with a nut you attach to the screw on the base and the inaide dispenser 'clicks' on and off so should be fine! Will attach a pic of it broken down later

I have a water dispenser that looks just like the one in the link Tinksmum. The problem that I have with the Hagan cage is the bars run horizontal. This means the water dispenser has to be unscrewed to clean the bit that goes through into the cage. I bought it for a cage that has vertical bars, it was superb for that cage as the holder could be left fastened to the cage and the water dispenser could be lifted off and cleaned out without unscrewing anything.

Just noticed my spelling/grammer was atrocious in that last post to you starlingqueen! Many apologies! Here we are then: Washer on the left fits inside the cage and screws to the nut on the right which fits outside the cage. The left tray then fits inside the cage on the two little notches on the right hand peice of gadgetry It is the nut that you need to focus on as that would fit in a 1cm x 1cm square hole. Hope that helps!
