Now that makes great sense Hezz, thank you. I'll look out round the supermarket when I go shopping. I can't say I have seen ready frozen, could I perhaps do it myself? Chop the ingredients and the freeze them? No, because the stuff you buy is snap frozen and therefore retains all the goodness, whereas your average freezer doesn't work that well. Sorry.

I have ordered some nice peas and sweetcorn, frozen, no salt, best ones...for me I buy value...hmmm something is wrong there

yep... i even change channels if it is loud horrible music, on the radio or tv, as Bailey isnt keen

in that case.. back to tins of unsalted.. i have been having a lot of prepacked salad lately rather than buying the individual ingredients, and as luck would have it, the sainsbury one has a good amount of corn in it, so its a case of share and share alike in my house :-)
