Oh wow! The garden will look lovely! I do like bulbs, not that they are good tropical plants ...... I think the fact of will they/won't they, and where is intriguing. Ha! Silly me! Our christmas lilies are a bulb, and I do have a number of different caladiums ...... but ...... due to scrub turkey shinanigans, I am not always sure where they have been "moved" to! You don't have that problem, I guess, unless Tilly rearranges your garden beds? I do have some more photos but haven't got them onto photobucket yet - will try to find time today. Hope so Hezz, ive moved all my rose bushes into one boarder as well so im hoping for a little rose garden, if i haven't killed them moving them . The only threat to our bulbs are the squirrels, either digging them up when they bury their nuts or eating them, Tilly sees to it that they dont get a look in , and of course we have the dreaded lily beetle, which i think you have, that destroy the oriental lily's that i love to grow . More pics would be lovely, i love to see others gardens especially in different parts of the world .

Hey we have some lovely plants here too skysmum! One of my favourites is Wisteria, when looking for a pic I came across this which I didn't realise it came in a tree form too: Japanese Wisteria TreeI love it! The colour, the way it looks.....it even looks like something out of Avatar! Ohh i know sam, i just want what i cant have . That is a stunning Wisteria, does it say where it is. I saw a beauty at the Sandringham estate a couple of years back, one of my fav's too, also the tunnel of yellow laburnham, i cant remember where i saw this though. Yes we have many beautiful plants and trees, i just want more .

I love oriental lilies! Had them in my wedding bouquet. Many, many years ago. Are you able to grow bougainvillea in your conservatory, skysmum?

Now that really is teasing, i cant see them either . Yes i have a pink and orange bougainvillea , ive also got a beautiful powder blue plumbego, non are in flower at the moment because i cut them hard back in September, they were taking over. Oriental Lily's are also my fav flower, ive often got a vase full indoors, i cut the stamens out for obvious reasons, best dye in the world , it also makes the flower last much longer . Now where are those pics .

There! That's better. I put the photos up in a slightly different way yesterday ..... won't be doing that again! I can bore you with my bromeliads if you like. Bougainvillea are a bit like weeds here, of course, and not too many people grow plumbago - it may be susceptible to rot with our climate, I am thinking. My mum has several - white, blue and , maybe a lighter blue??? Not sure, now.
