Birds I bought last week. Cinnamon Grey Cock, Opaline Light Green Hen, Grey Green CockThis guy is 6 to 8 month old, molting as well, so I picked it that it may come up good. She is good. Requires some fattening up. This is the biggest cock I could ever buy. The head size looks small but he is molting. There are a lot of pin feathers in the head and I think it will end up real good. When the Grey Green Cock is ready, I am planning to pair him with this hen, the only one of his size.

Can't wait to see what might result, BB.
How long have you kept birds, and how many do you have?

Can't wait to see what might result, BB. How long have you kept birds, and how many do you have? Thanks Stace I have over 50 now and the number has been up and down during the last two years or so. It is very hard to get good budgies as there are no breeders here at all. The only place to buy is pet shops who import breeders trash.

some promising birds there BB, i understand its hard to get quality birds around your area ? well if you can breed quality budgerigars then that makes you a very good breeder good luck with them mate.
