Well done BB. I was hoping angelgirl might sort it. Beautiful budgies and splendid pictures. To my inexperienced eye I would say Billie.

Thank you so much BB. How did you manage it?
OP if it was secure then it wasn't deliberately so!!
Thank you all for your help. Much appreciated.

You need to check on the image properties on Flickr. There will be options as to who may view the image. There will also be an option to share the image. Selecting share the image it should present you with the url/address needed to paste into a forum. Copy the address and then paste that address into your post on here.

I did try but the only link I could get to work was the one with the tiny pictures! And I thought I was quite good with computers!
And as those of you who clicked on the link you now know...I'm blonde...so that's my excuse!

OK. It is quite different to what it used to be because they have split from BT now, To display your photos you need to 1) Open the photo you want to share in your flicker account 2) Select the square \t the bottom right, it has an arrow pointing out of it. 3) In the pop up select the radio button that says BBCode 4) Copy the code that is shown in the window 5) Come back to your post and paste the entire code in your post.1
1The picture will not show until you post the reply.

Is one a photo of Billie when you first got her, and the other more recent? I think it is and if so, this is causing the confusion, looking like two different birds, but you definitely have a Billie.

Hello all! Well, I've just got back from holiday and the good news is that Billie still remembers me. She has finished her moult and has some very pretty new feathers. She has also has grown so she is much bigger that little Alfie now. The other thing is...I'm no longer sure she is a girl! Her cere is much bluer than it was. I have uploaded another photo to Flickr and will try and post it. It's taken in artificial light and I will try and get another one tomorrow. Her overall colouring is more turquoise than blue - does this make her an Opaline? I get very confused with budgie colours! Thanks in advance for your help. Ax

Maybe that is one of the reasons (s)he and Alfie aren't getting on so well! And that (s)he has tamed much easier than I thought a hen would!

Another couple for the Billie / Billy debate. I'm fairly sure I have a boy but the cere isn't as blue as Alfie's. Ax
