Hello all, So I have a question. My budgies poop seems to be lightish green. Is this okay/normal? I feed them both wild bird seed mix specially made for budgies like them. I'm worried! Also, I'm in a situation whereas I cannot take them to a vet so any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Here's a link to see a picture of what I am describing: Http://astarstruckfantasy.blogspot.com/2014/07/blog-post.html?m=1

The color doesn't look that bad, but the shape does. Is it squashed because of walking on it?

I believe so. I have kept them in check for the past couple of days and thier poo does look much more normal. I guess they were just walking on it. Also, is it okay if both of my budgies have different colored poo's? One of them has a forest-y green and the other a light olive green. Thanks for your reply!

Birds who have access to multiple seed types and prefer one on another, can have slightly different dropping color based on the seed selection. I have noticed this with Lovebirds, as their seed mix consists of 8 different seeds. If you are still worried, try to use a cage wire grate (wire mesh) so you can see the untouched droppings.

The cere and beak is way too clear for mites.
