I am sure she is fine - if you have serious concerns about how she looks, photos are the best option, but nothing you have described rings alarm bells to me. All budgies are a little less feathered under their wings and you will start to notice as she moults that they don't waste colour on their feathers where it isn't going to be seen, so whitish under the wings is normal.

ohh wow that does seem correct! i never thought about that either! after more observation, i realized that the "loss of feathers" may just be white feathers! i just hope pixel (the budgie) doesn't have any mites or ticks. but nothing seems wrong on the face, luckily!

oh my goodness guys! you won't believe this! my budgie was going crazy, tweeting, flying, and running across the cage. i heard cooing, and there were two beautiful doves on my windowsill. i was two centimeters away from them (through the glass) but they still stayed and were talking to my birdie! i was shocked! i'm happy she got friends, but i hope she doesn't "bond" with them!
