I've just had a look at Northern Parrots website and my review hasn't been posted, I'm not really surprised but as it was originally 'top rated'? Who knows, I just hope someone takes note!

Why not email the company? Then you know that someone is going to notice it. For all we know a review may have to go through a series of steps before being posted on the site. Any decent company will not remove your review simply because it is not good - I have read plenty of negative reviews on all sorts of items.

Usually reviews have to be aceepted by the owner of the website before published. We publish all our reviews but they are checked first to avoid spammers or inapropriate things being posted, though all reviews positive and negative are added on our site

My review still isn't on their website so yes, I'll email them to let them know because it's got two positive reviews and 'high rating'!

Just wanted to let you all know that I had a phone call this morning from Northern Parrots and they were very understanding and courteous. I've also got a full refund but they are surprised because they have been selling this toy for a long time seemingly and this is the first time this has happened. So perhaps little Tyler has a lot to learn and he is little but very bouncy and playful! All's well that ends well as they say!

Maybe it is more a case of Tyler teaching others about what could become problems for others. After all these years, I am only now realising that each and every one of these little guys has something new to teach us, as well. What goes for one doesn't mean that it goes for all, as shown by this toy .... my curtain rail ......so many things ...... any number of things that others have had issue with, whereas there had not been one before. Whatever anyone might say, these little parrots certainly are not boring!!!!
