And now this little chap just came to visit. He and his friend were on the gum tree, so I said hello nicely and he flew over onto my shoulder! Stayed there long enough for me to call OH with the camera and a piece of apple.

Ah stace I'm so envious of all these feathered visitors you have! Rainbow lorikeets are gorgeous! Put some nectar out and thousands will flock to your balcony! These little guys are so cheeky! I had an experience while on holiday with about 20 of them all over me, it was a bit manic, one trying to get into my handbag, another at the same time trying to get my earring out while another was nipping my elbow!
