So pleased for you Wendy. It is so easy to inject an animal, and Teddy was so good for you. My daughter injected our pet rabbit one time (as instructed by the vet) and it was no problem at all.

Cookie is driving us all mad. Breeding season so he just sits cooing all day. Quite wearing after a while. Yes he is called cookie but we mostly call him dough boy, not sure why, it was just cookie dough, then dough boy. We are an odd family.  |

He seemed more settled last night. Not up and down drinking and needing to go out constantly. He's had his injection this morning. Had to stick him twice as he moved. But not because of the needle, he's just curious as to what I'm doing pulling his skin about.  Myself, not so good. I was frightened to go to bed last night just in case anything went wrong while I slept. I kept checking he was still breathing. I woke up this morning with a knot the size of a beach ball in my stomach, terrified that I'd fallen asleep and my baby had died. |

Oh Starlingqueen you are a wonder. Try and get a kip this afternoon or else you will make yourself ill. Then who will look after everybody else. You don't have time to be ill until everything has settled down. Nice to hear cookie is OK.

You don't have time to be ill until everything has settled down. Nice to hear cookie is OK. Touch wood OP, I don't get ill very often. My husband and son have had 2 nasty colds this winter, with coughs and my son was vomiting, I have had nothing. My 2 younger daughters have had the noro virus, picked it up off the kids they work with, and I still haven't had anything. I feel blessed. |
