Oh that's very sad. I'm so sorry. Glad you were there at the end for her. Fly high beautiful Isla.

I'm so so sorry skysmum for the loss of Isla. She was beautiful and I know just what a caring owner you are. She's lucky to have been loved by you and her birdy gang. RIP dear girl xxx

Ah little beauty, now no more pain, God bless her. She had a very good home and 'mum' skysmum but I do feel for you, they're so tiny but give us so much joy and pleasure. Fly free little one with all the others who have gone before. [']

I am so very sorry, skysmum. I opened this section with dread, this morning. Such a sweet little girl, so loved, and far too young to have been through this. There was no more you could have done for her; you know that, but it doesn't help stop the sadness. Rest in peace, beautiful girl, Isla. Hugs to you and Chilli, skysmum. xxxx

I must say I wasn't expecting this that quickly but perhaps in one way that is a blessing for beautiful little Isla.
You did everything you could and what a life she had that not many birds get to experience.
Fly high little one xx

Thanks so much all for your kind words. You never know how these horrible tumours are going to go, depends on the type I guess, Teddy went on for three years and was quite happy, Fern and Isla's were more aggressive I think. One thing for sure is that at the end of the day there is very little you can do
