It seems I can no longer see any images that have been uploaded via the forum. I get the broken link symbol. Is there a problem with the forum or is it just me?

I have had a look at a couple of posts with photos and see the same thing, so I am guessing it is not just you, SQ, but then there are others that are showing. It would seem that the photos uploaded directly from a computer aren't showing and the ones that have gone through photobucket etc are ....... whatever that might mean, to the techno gurus.

Now that is weird; some I could see before are now not showing for me ...... so throw that previous theory right out the window!

I'm still seeing the ones uploaded through external sites just not the ones through the forum.

Thank you. On each link it is the thumbnail that is missing. The link to the image still works. I tried to access the thumbnail directly and the connection was refused. There is a bunch of targeted adverts served up with the picture when viewed on Postimage.com along with a complain about advert link. I have used the link to complain a few times and the adverts did disappear for a while but not they are back. I don't know if it is Postimage.com that is at fault or advert company that has found a way round adblockers. I usually store my images on my computer and link to them from the post directly, so the only time they may not show up is when my computer is under maintenance. If my main computer was going to be offline for an extended period I would bring another computer online to do the job. To answer the question about missing images I'm afraid Postimage.com will have the answer.

I don't know what the problem is as it's the postimage website that hosts the images, its just a plugin that I downloaded.
I'm hoping they resolve the issue.
But yes if you click the "image" you can still see it.
