How to keep those little beaks busy

I have just spent the past hour making up little bundles of crinkle paper toys for the buds, which they love, it is definitely their favourite toy. I was running out of the stuff but got my order yesterday from Karen at Naturalbirdco.co.uk

I start by tying some of the crinkle paper into a small bundle with paper string:-



Then I tie all the small bundles into one big bundle using a cable tie, then tie that to the cage with another cable tie. As I type this Max has his head stuck in the bundle already in the cage 



It sure keeps my two busy

I've got plenty of shredded paper and some cotton twine, I'll have to make a few of those! Thanks for the idea.

My thoughts exactly, thanks jb, I've ordered some 'bits' from Karen as you suggested and am looking forward to making these and my two enjoying them.

May take some time jb, I forgot to order the rope/thread/string thingy bit but it's on it's way as a separate order!
