I am sorry to have to say this but my little Kiping passed away suddenly last night.
He was (as far as I could tell) getting better with the Milk Thistle and am not sure if it was his liver problem that took him in the end or not. Despite the shock and being very saddened at him depating so soon, I am just very greatful that it was very quick for him.
We didn't know how old he was, but one thing I do know is that we had him for over a year and what a year he had.
He was with an older lady for a long time and am not sure whether he had the same experiences as he had here. And I'm not sad as he lived life to the fullest with us and behaved like a free bird should.
What I am sad for though is Marley as they were inseperable.
Goodnight Kipling my little poppet - I will miss you, fly as free as your spirit truly was x
So sorry to hear this samwiseg. But I know for sure that Kip had the best time ever with you and your flock. He was a happy little chap and it must be good consolation that he went so quickly. Fly high little one, you were loved so much.
Fly high: Billy Boy, Charlie, Harvey, JoJo, Joe, Lacey, Missy, Oscar, Pickle and Smudge. RIP: Penny, Poppy, Lola, Georgie, Bea, Morgana, Phoebe, Truffle, Hazel, Tilly, Tuppence and Mollie.
Thank you all so much for your lovely thoughts and comments
As skysmum said, I cant help but feel there was something else happening that I wouldn't have known about as his liver issues was not something I expected him to go down hill so quickly. I do understand they hide their illness's well, but there must have been something like a tumour I did not know about.
Once again thank you for all of your support, it is truly invaluable at times like this xx
