Hi all, Has anyone with a vision cage thought of extending it to make it taller? I have seen replacement side panels on amazon but not the front and rear panels. Has anyone got an idea if the spare parts are available to complete another level? It would be great if it could be done and if anyone has done it I would really appreciate the links. All the best Geoff

I can't answer your questions, but be aware that budgies prefer width to height in a cage. Too high with no width is next to useless. They will stay in the top part of the cage and not venture down for much at all. Width allows them to flit back and forth and get some exercise.

I have to say that the taller extended vision cages don't look very stable to me.
But as Hezz said, budgies prefer width to be able to fly back and forth.
Polly has a tall cage (she had it when I rehomed her) and only uses the top half.
