Hi All,
I'm not really new here, but have been away for such a long time, I thought I should reintroduce myself before posting other threads again! I presently have 12 buds and 2 bourkes (Barney and Betty) in my indoor aviary. Also Nutnut and Peggy the 2 semi bald hahns macaws (now 20 and 10 years old)

Hi Marianne,
There are one or two health issues going on as is the norm when you have quite a few I guess. I've missed being on the forum, but life issues have got in the way unfortunately. Will inbox you to explain! I hope your buds are all well too :-)

Hi Nat
I hear you regarding the health issues. I was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis in 2011 due to allergies. Sorry to hear about your issues too. Will reply at a later date when I have a moment, to your PM.

Hi Nat, you was contributing on here before my time on the forum but thought I’d say hello anyway. I’m Jane and I have 3 budgies.

Hi Jane, Thank you for your reply. I passed over from the old forum to here when this forum first was started. I hope I can stay around longer this time. My daily life seems to be dictated by others at the moment unfortunately!

Great to hear from you again, nat. Nothing much has changed for me, except for taking on a sun conure a little over 12 months ago. He is a ratbag, and a real velcro bird, and thinks he needs to assert his position as my #1 boy with my two grown-up sons.

Can't seem to get rid of us ... Whenever I see the grey stewards' horses on TV, I wonder if they might be Bauer. Did you ever hear where he ended up?

Can't seem to get rid of us ... Whenever I see the grey stewards' horses on TV, I wonder if they might be Bauer. Did you ever hear where he ended up? They ceased to send updates to us on him Hezz, but the last ones I saw was of him doing a bit of dressage. His coat is really white now! I have photos of him as a baby when he was close to being black! I hope he's getting looked after well. As far as I know he's still in Melbourne.

I am sure he will be having a good time. Probably enjoying not having to out running early on a cold English winter's morning. Would love to see some photos of him as a foal ...

Good to hear from you Nat, are you still with the horses, keeping them on top form?
