And an owl is much more in keeping with the bird theme ... That's what my husband said. He said he'd rather she aspired to be an owl than a sheep

She feeds night and day, but does like to keep me awake at night My daughter was the same Marianne but when she was a couple of months old she soon got in a routine and settled at night. I’m hoping the same for little Eve.

My grand daughter has only just started sleeping through the night at 2 years and 11 months, her mother was exactly the same. I really hope Eve sleeps for you.

Just catching up Marianne, what a lovely picture of you and baby Eve, she is a sweetheart. Don't loose hope, in another 16 years you can go in and wake her up, for her lunch

How are the buds with Eve around? They seem curious about her, but wont come near her. No surprise there, most of them wont land on us either!

Have you had your check up with her yet? As she sounds like the perfect little bundle of joy

She's had several checks. She was weighed by the midwife yesterday. After her birth, she lost a little weight due to jaundice, but now, thankfully she's up higher than her birth weight by 1 or 2 ounces.
We've been steadily increasing the amount of formula she has.
