Thanks again, I will definitely get Ivermectin drops since one friend of mine from abroad is about to bring me the product this week. Anyway, from the pharmacy they were asking him about my budgie's weight in order to give the right dose but it will be difficult to measure him and I don't want to torture him. Can someone tell how much he might weigh? (from your own experience and according to the image above) I know the average weight of a budgie is approximately 30-40 gr....

The weight of a budgie can vary from 35 - 60g depending on whether it's a smaller pet type or a show bird, or a male or female. Mine are 38-55g

A simple pair of digital kitchen scales is all that is required to get an accurate weight. If budgie won't sit on them, you can use a small box or container to pop him into and then weigh the box on its own.

It will be one drop of Ivermectin 0.1%, on the back of the neck of your budgie ladybird83. See if you can gently blow the feathers apart or part them with your finger to get the dose on the skin. Once a week for 3 weeks.
