I hope this snapshot comes through, if not I'll try another method. I've had the yellow "Mirrhi" since February and imagined it's a female. I thought males' ceres are blue, while this one is sort of purple. Mirrhi is certainly adult, I was told in Feb it had been acquired from pet store August 2018, does have iris ring. I got the blue-and-white I named Mildred, at least the same age or more, in July, and she's not only female, maybe feeling sexy. I am new to this hobby, and posted some of my adventures on another thread. Help with gender question would be much appreciated. PollyW

I’d say the yellow one is a male. It’s hard to see with the blue one as the view is side on so another picture would be good. From the little I can see I’d say female but another photo is needed to confirm.

I think your Mirrhi may be male. I can't blow the photo up large enough to get a closer look. Not all males, depends on mutation, get the bright blue cere.
