They were like two playground buddies yesterday, just following each other about. Today I have to go to work but their cages are right next to each other. I haven't let them sleep in the same cage yet. Play time later.

I'm sure they're watching the clock until you get home!

Eric decided to go and visit with Archie in the small cage which we couldn’t quite believe as Archie wasn’t coming out. Then they both toddled off into the big cage. They squabbled over some tender stem broccoli but eventually shared nicely like good boys. Alex was home from 12.30 pm so they weren’t away for long. I on the other hand didn’t get home until 7pm from 6.30 am. So I haven’t had that much time with them. They seem happy though. I’ve played with them for a while then separated them again for bedtime. I felt a bit mean but I need to be sure before it becomes permanent.

Sounds all good to me as long as they stay friendly then it's all good It's just fantastic to hear about how Eric has come out of his shell! Good lad

It really is Sam, I've just hand fed them a sprig of broccoli while they were sat on the play gym swing. I got fed up first. They are still there. They are having a little chat at the moment. Eric every so often has a little peck at Archie but he doesn't really make contact. I think its just normal budgie squabbles.
