I saw the concert show of Les Miserables, the other day. I’d seen the show when it first came out, but didn’t enjoy it. but as the songs started coming up again, not that long ago, with various covers and the lure of Alfie Boe and Michael Ball, I went
Alfie was sick, but apparently is out sick often... does his own shows and was on Children in Need, so a bit gutted but what an amazing show!!!
if you’ve ever seen it/fancy it, the 25th anniversary is able to be watched on Netflix or similar
now I’m addicted to listening to the soundtrack. I was so immersed in it

I've never seen it ffiscool, I have just had a look at the soundtrack, must make a point of listening to it. I love "Bring Him Home" my favourite version is by Johnny Mathis. Glad you enjoyed it.

I have seen Les Miserables 3 or 4 times and have enjoyed it each time. The anniversary show played on TV here recently and it was fabulous! Glad you enjoyed it.

I saw this on Wednesday. Have never seen the show and in fact was just accompanying someone but it was fantastic! Alfie wasn’t performing then either but whoever did that part was absolutely superb and sang bring him home amazingly well!

How funny. I was there Wednesday. Stalls L
he was good, but I feel Alfie has a richness that I was disappointed not to hear.
Michael Ball though, I thought sounded better than he had

Spooky! We were also in the stalls - can't remember which row though. We're more Michael Ball fans and we knew Alfie wouldn't be performing that day so not such a big deal. Expensive ticket though if you didn't see who you wanted to see.
