Both our grandmothers were Redheads, being a Redhead is a recessive trait. My dad's hair was wavy and my husband says his dad had curly hair. My older sister has curly hair too but she keeps it short. Wonderful photo of you! Eve must have either gotten her hair from her dad or grandparents. She's very cute and I bet every where you go people admire her.

From my bedroom window. See if you can spot the three bodies of water. There is a river, a (small) lake, and a tiny sliver of ocean.

Gorgeous!! Well I see the ocean, and I presume the river is on the left?). Is the lake in the foreground from the ocean?

Oh it’s beautiful. I look at it and imagine all the sounds you must hear day and night…but then I’m with jellybean and I’d be terrified of the snakes.

So it seems the sea was easy enough to spot. Forward from the little island (Scout’s Hat) is the lagoon and forward again from the lagoon, slightly to the left, is a bend in the river. That doesn’t show up so well due to the shadows and reflection of the trees onto the water. This might show the river a little better … or not!

I swear I see a strip of river-like body of water on the left side of your first photo… xD Am I making it up? What is that then? I definitely see the sea and a body of water in the foreground from that, but not sure now that I see the bend in the river (in the second photo). Either way, that view is to die for. I’ll accept snakes to live someplace like that full time! They probably keep the rodent population down anyway :3

Not sure what you are seeing in the left, perhaps a roof or two? Out across the valley past the first lot of trees are cane fields, then more trees and some houses creeping up the neighbouring hills.

Wow, that really is a view worth waking up for, beautiful. Ive had to enlarge but can just see, is it the river first before the trees in the right hand corner, the lake behind the trees and is that tiny dot in the sea scouts hat?

In the second photo the bend of the river is about central, the lagoon back and slightly to the right of it, and yes, the little dot in the sea is the Scout’s Hat. Of course the photo doesn’t do it justice plus I get the wobbles when I try to zoom in.

Well, I won't call my experiment with trying to grow melons a great success! Here's a picture of the "harvest". The vines had lots of flowers but not much fruit. Honestly, I'm not sure I'll try it again next year.
